Every CozyVibeTees item is custom printed for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is why there is a short production step before your order ships.
Production starts as soon as your order is placed. In general, an order takes 5 to 12 days to arrive. Delivery time depends on your location, and you will receive an email with the estimated time of arrival once your order is placed.
We have multiple facilities in the United States and the European Union. Your order ships from whichever region is closest to your delivery address.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on weight, destination and the delivery service you select. The exact amount is shown before you pay, never after.
Orders shipped outside the United States or the European Union may be subject to customs fees. Taxes vary by country. These fees are charged by your customs office, not by us, and cannot be refunded. Please contact your local customs office for details.
If you ordered several items, they will very likely not arrive together. Please wait until the final date of the estimated arrival window before assuming something is missing.
